Return Policy

Sundown offers a 14 day money-back guarantee to give you the necessary time to decide whether the product is right for you. If you wish to return your purchase, please enclose a copy of your original receipt with a note explaining why you are returning the product(s), and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Returned products must be in the original "new" condition, in the original factory packaging with all instructions, tags, and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met, and customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. After you have ordered your product you will be sent an email with the confirmation of your purchase within 24 hours, not including Saturdays, Sundays and U.S. Holidays. If the product you ordered is not in stock at the time of the order, a representative will contact you within 24 hours of your order.

Upon receipt of the returned order we will inspect the product(s) and process accordingly. Accepted returns will be either exchanged for another item or you will be refunded the original charges, less shipping charges. We do not accept return parcels that are billed freight or C.O.D.

For International Shipments: If you choose not to pay the customs fees at the time of delivery the package will be considered abandoned and you will not receive a refund on your order.

If you purchase a product that you feel to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We follow the manufacturers' warranty guidelines and will repair or replace an item according to the manufacturer's policy. If the warranty specifies that you return the item directly to the manufacturer we will supply you with the appropriate shipping information.

Order Processing
Place your order Monday-Friday by 12:00 PM EST and we will make every effort to ship it the same business day. Skis with custom binding mounting may take an extra day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. Please be sure to choose your shipping option accordingly to account for transit times, especially during busy holiday periods.

We ship most items via UPS or FedEx. Please provide a physical street address, as US and FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you need shipping advice, feel free to contact us and we accommodate you to our best ability. In the case of orders valued over $500.00, a signature is required for delivery. Be sure to ship to an address where someone will be present to accept the delivery.

Sundown Express Trip Cancellation Policy

Trips cancelled through Sundown 48 hours or more before departure will receive a full refund.

Trips cancelled less than 48 hours but more than 12 hours before departure will receive a credit good towards another Sundown Express trip. This credit has no expiration date.

Riders that do not contact Sundown in Levittown before close of business on the day before departure will forfeit their seat with NO REFUND.

Please do not ask for special consideration. It would be unfair to the riders that did adhere to the policy for the many years it has been in place.

Privacy Policy
We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (Should you select to be included on our mailing list). We do not give out this information to any 3rd parties.

International Shipping
IMPORTANT: International shipments, including shipments to Canada, are subject to duties, taxes, broker fees and custom fees in your country. These fees are ADDITIONAL, they are YOUR responsibility and are not included in the price of an item nor the shipping charges paid to All customs fees and duties must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. Fees vary by country and your local government determines the customs fees.

If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund for your order. Uncollected orders are considered abandoned and will not be returned to Sundown.

For your convenience, we offer shipping through either UPS International or USPS Airmail International. What's the difference?

Skis and other large items can only be shipped via UPS due to size and weight limits. UPS costs a bit more but transit time and customs processing is faster. Shipments are also trackable. Allow a little extra time for customs processing.

USPS Airmail International is less expensive and is recommended for small items. Packages are not trackable once they leave the US. Customs processing may take longer with this option. This is not an option for skis and large items.

For international orders you must contact us for an accurate shipping quote before you place your order. We will not ship any international orders without confirmation of the shipping charges from the customer.

IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE USA please check with your local customs office to see what additional costs you will be responsible for when importing your Sundown package into your country. Those costs will be additional and will be charged by the carrier at delivery. Sundown shipping charges do not include any customs duties, fees, brokerage fees, or taxes.
